Mangrove Island

Just west of Fort Pierce Shore in Florida, near Jim Island in the Indian River Lagoon system, is a prime fishing islet called Mangrove Island. This area is home to a few game fish, including snook, trout, redfish, tarpon, flounder, and sharks. Mangroves line the island, providing the perfect habitat for game fish.
