Kent Pond, in Rutland County, Vermont, is a good spot for pumpkinseed sunfish and largemouth bass, as well as rainbow trout in the springtime. This lake is 102 acres and has a maximum depth of only 15 feet. The best fishing spot on Kent Pond is the shore fishing platform found along the breast of the dam.
