Lake Arthur Fishing

Lake Arthur is a 3,200-acre lake that offers great warm-water fishing. Some of the native fish you’ll find here include largemouth bass, bluegill, black crappie, and channel catfish. Additionally, the lake is regularly stocked by the fish commission with walleye, muskellunge, and striped bass. You can launch your boat at of the many boat launches, or the marina – just note that there’s 20-horsepower maximum for motors. You can also rent a boat if you don’t have one. Those who enjoy shore fishing will have plenty of places to cast out their line, including a fishing dock. Lake Arthur is also a great place to bring your kayak, canoe, or pontoon boat. The lake is open year-round, with ice fishing opportunities in the winter.
