Lake Shelbyville Fishing

Lake Shelbyville provides anglers with opportunities to fish for walleye, catfish, largemouth bass, crappie, muskie, bluegill, white bass, and other various species. Lake Shelbyville was elected by Bassmaster Magazine as one of the best bass lakes in Illinois. Anglers travel here to fish and to enter one of the lake’s several tournaments for crappie, muskellunge, and largemouth bass. both sauger and walleye are stocked here annually.
