Stratton Brook State Park is one of eleven fishing areas designated as trout parks within the state of Connecticut. These parks were created to enable young, beginning, and mobility-impaired anglers the opportunity to experience the joy of trout fishing. The water is kept well-stocked from opening day through Memorial Day. Despite the plentiful supply of fish, there’s a two-fish daily catch limit – this enables all anglers a chance to land a few fish.
