Chippewa Flowage includes a large number of fishing rivers, lakes, streams, and ponds. These naturally formed waters consist of 11 lakes, 9 rivers, and many adjoining streams/ponds. This area has some of the finest game fishing in the Midwest and is on record as being home to a world-record muskie weighing 69 lbs., 11 oz. Other species caught here include walleye, black crappie, and bluegill. Several public boat ramps provide water access for boats, canoes, and kayaks. Anglers can fish from shore or boat.
