Laurel Bed Lake is a large-body, high-altitude lake where you can fish for trophy-sized smallmouth bass. Anglers using plugs, spinners, and live bait regularly catch smallmouth bass that are more than twenty inches long. The most common species in the lake are rock bass and bluegill; however, there are also a few sunfish. Laurel Bed Lake is stocked annually with brook and rainbow trout. Regardless of which species you target, this beautiful fishing spot won’t disappoint!
