Currant Creek is an easily accessible spot for year-round fishing, located off US-40 northwest of Fruitland and Strawberry Reservoir. Here anglers can fins rainbow and tiger trout plus native cutthroat trout. Its best to tailor fishing techniques to your target fish; casting spoons, marabou jigs, and rap alas are generally reliable for all species, but when fishing from the bank try using worms baits for tiger trout and trout baits for cutthroat.
