Wyoming Pond Fishing

Wyoming Pond is an excellent fishing location that was created by the Wyoming Dam. This 26-acre pond is home to a large variety of game fish, including trout, bass, and sunfish. The north end of the pond joins with the Wood River, while the south end is where you’ll find a gravel boat ramp. Several times each spring, Wyoming Pond is stocked with trout. The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management also stocks the pond in the winter to support the location’s popular ice-fishing season.
