Wallum Lake Fishing

Burrillville, Rhode Island is home to a popular fishing spot known as Wallum Lake. The great fishing in this 322-acre lake attracts anglers from all over the state. This lake has been stocked with many different fish – from rainbow and brown trout to landlocked and broodstock salmon. In the summer months, a cold oxygenated layer of water keeps the trout population thriving. Smallmouth bass swim along the rocky shores of Wallum Lake, while largemouth bass can be found in the coves and shallow waters of the southern basin. Other fish you can catch here include yellow perch, sunfish, brook trout, brown trout, rainbow trout, and tiger trout.
