In central North Dakota you’ll find a 2,095-acre reservoir, known as the Jamestown Reservoir, where you can enjoy a great day of fishing. You can fish from the 45 miles of shoreline or by boat as you try to catch walleye, crappie, perch, bass, sunfish, and pike. There are several boat ramps to launch your watercraft, including the Jamestown Reservoir Marina Boating Access, West Landing Boating Access, and 5 Mile Corner Boating Access. There are also several nearby campgrounds if you’d like to spend the night. The banks of the Jamestown Reservoir are very easy to access, allowing you to enjoy a no-fuss day of fishing.
