Situated in a small shrimping town along the northeast shore of Oahu are Kahuku Point and Kahuku Beach. Here anglers of all skills catch various species. It can be a bit challenging to enter the water due to the rocky bottom and a limestone shelf that extends far out. These hazards tend to keep people from swimming here; however, the undisturbed water and peaceful environment make for excellent fishing.
