McQueens Inlet Fishing

McQueens Inlet is one of Georgia’s most challenging, and most worthwhile, fishing spots. The adventurous angler that undertakes the difficult journey is well rewarded with flounder and redfish of trophy quality. If you’ve never ventured into the inlet before, don’t go alone; take an experienced local guide or charter. And while a small part of St. Catharine’s Beach is open to public access, the rest of the marshland that surrounds the inlet is off-limits. But even with these limitations, the fishing to be had in McQueens Inlet is well worth jumping through a few hoops.
