Bristol (no-name) Knot

The Bristol Knot, also known as the No-Name Knot, is a simplified technique to attach a tippet or a shock line to a doubled line, like the Australian Braid or Bimini Twist, or to join a braided line to a mono line. The IGFA has test the Bristol alongside the Double Uni and the Albright Special, both of which it outperformed. The Bristol is low-profile and runs easily through fishing rod guides.
