I grew up in Minnesota, but Utah stole my heart in 2006. After finishing my last college final, I hopped on a plane for what was supposed to be a four-month climbing escape—and never looked back. That trip sparked a career that’s carried me through fly fishing, rock climbing, experiential education, and a wide range of adventure sports. Wild places ground me, inspire me, and motivate me to help others discover the same magic. I aim to bring energy, insight, and a whole lot of fun to anything I teach or guide. When I’m not on the river, you’ll catch me tracking down fresh backcountry lines, working with a heli-ski crew, or leaning into life as an athlete, guide, personal trainer, and all-around adventure addict.
